5 out of 8 of the Trench Crusade plastic minis painted up. For all of the head swaps I’ve done, I went with bright, unnatural hair color… although the glockenspiel one was blonde. I wanted the flamethrower tip to be a brighter orange than her hair, but decided that one bright focal point was better.

Did some messing around for a couple of hours with a red underpainting and keeping a limited palette (5 colors and then mixing back and forth for what I needed) on this dude. Really like these Trench Crusade models.

The third Trench Crusade figure I’ve completed. Kitbashing is my favorite part of the hobby. The original helmets in the box are really great (I’ll use them another time), but I like seeing the faces on my war dollies. Eyes are a challenge, but once I get them painted on, I breathe a sigh of relief.
