1) It's ironic to hear the premier admonish judges for not being recallable when she's musing about making herself and her MLAs exempt from ongoing recall attempts (and refusing to fund the process). Deduction for inconsistency.

Judges are removable for misconduct, by the way. See the textbook.

3) An "unelected judge" may not be synonymous with democracy, but it sure is a necessary component of liberal democracy as we know it.

The premier is describing an illiberal form of democracy akin to mob rule.

Overall, she gets a failing grade.
