God this is a delightful book. Such a pleasure to read. I thought I was burned out on technical reading after a long year, but this has put the lie to that idea.

There is a large segment of Bluesky where this sort of corny, tumblr-coded aggression is the norm. You've got to wonder why. What psychological function does posting like this under your real name serve?
