A drunk driver, speeding & on his phone caused horrific injuries to a 75 year old man, almost killing him. Left him with an injured back, pelvis, multiple broken ribs & 3rd degree burns across his face causing him to lose an eye.

The driver was let out of prison after 1½ years for good behaviour 🤬
