Would be useful if you report mall owners' add-on charging costs. Identical chargers cost different at different malls. Also is time-of-day cost significant? Cross Iron mall YYC.

Heathrow: Did they not have an active, working secondary-selective power system in place, so that an immediate transfer to a healthy transformer would happen automatically almost instantaneously?
