Two story, white painted concept building. The first floor projects over the entrance and is supported on columns. Flat roof, with large overhang. Glass brick, semi-circular staircase tower. Four story block, with attached two story block at 90 degrees in background. White concrete, brown window frames, of which there are many. Projection bay window the full height of the building on the end.
