Anyone interested in some PB4X tickets for tomorrow in Glasgow free/gratis?

Years ago I was in a garden centre near Aviemore and they were selling smallish replica standing stones you could put at the bottom of your garden. I was tempted, but didn't have the room in the car at the time as it was full of luggage.

The 60352 'Blue Peter' locomotive will pass Alloa at 14:00 on Saturday 29th on an Edinburgh to Fife circle.
Outward via Forth Bridge to Dunfermline, then via Alloa, Stirling, Larbert and Falkirk Grahamston to return to Edinburgh.

Yeah, this one. I also decided to use their grey/yellow colour scheme rather than the more usual black.

I did build one of those ages ago using an old Mk I Rhino chassis.

I added the track guards & slat armour and quite like how it changes the profile of the vehicle, so they stay. It also got a new turret and a large promethium tank for the flamer, along with some stowage items. Next up is to paint it for my Valhallans.

Decided to run off some additional slat armour and track guards for the Chimera Hellhound I’m working on. Still undecided if I like the look or not, will have to wait & see if it ends up on finished model.

Didn't have it long. Short-lived attempt at recapturing my youth, but a trip to Ireland on it proved how uncomfortable and impractical it was for every day use. Fun, though 😁

There are also Stormtroopers, Valhallan and Elysian proxies, as well as Traitor Guard. One day I'm going to have the time and the energy to build and paint myself some impressive armies.

I've a large back catalogue of mini files to print from Red Pilgrim Miniatures from their "Desert Hawks" range, which isn't an exact match, but certainly Tallarn-adjacent. Includes cavalry, command and heavy weapons teams. Pretty much everything you'd need to build an army.
