> What is also interesting is that the second version of the file is the one that is stored intact, whereas the original version is stored as a delta — this is because you’re most likely to need faster access to the most recent version of the file.

And also not. "Just" is never "Just".

It is very not necessary for someone who doesn't use it to understand the very particulars of how it works. Additionally, your description of patches is also not correct: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LI6Z...
git is not a series of patches!

Git is a distributed version control system. You "save" changes as "commits" and git log outputs a list of these commits in reverse chronological order, i.e. latest first.

I did not expect a git reference from you. Sounds like you were listening when someone nerded out at you about version control 😂

You guys are not party to the Rome Statute so according to your government, The Hague has no jurisdiction over it.

Funny, in my household we called them "stiffies" because we also still had the big floppies and a floppy drive around that sometimes got use.

My wild take is to let people take advantage of accommodations? I take advantage of curb cuts and ramps. Accommodations make the lives better of everyone. If they get overused, make more?

To be fair, I wasn't even trying to thrust to your face... You just sort of put it there

I misunderstood and lied about the trains being on-time. Does that still count?

I would probably use it. I've been enjoying MacOS because it is a nice unix-like for dev things and I can use it for normal human activities; unless I want to game.

Windows XP but modern would be so nice.

I am using Chakra, but they are all the same 🥲

Oh yes, it is what I am using. I am quite interesting in understanding how splink works. I am getting an error that something is not a map but I suspect it is from my input address list having horrifically malformed addresses. I asked in the spur of the moment, but I don't want to waste your time 😂

Your address matcher is excellent and I wonder if you might have advice for me on trying to handle malformed addresses? I was hoping to just pop them into your model and hope for a best-effort, but the map structures return null for some causing some sadness for splink.
