It's still a system that needs to poop to swap a filament, which I strongly dislike, but it's worth noting they have drastically reduced the purging distance compared to their previous solution.

Full bed magnet stickers are blocking heat transfer. Also evertime you stick something to a heating element that hasn't the same thermal expansion you create a warping madness. This is why screwed magnets is the best solution. Also I have some doubt on those stickers lifespan and force.

The only annoying issue with eddy probes is that they are sensitive to magnets. So you need algos to avoid them. The other solution is to use a full bed magnetic sticker but I'm really not fan of that.

Their pins looks very strong. On their website they show that you can use them to hold parts for CNC machining. I really doubt any 3D printer can be as fast as that even with 1mm layers but we don't have number from fyous so we cannot confirm anything. However, 3D printing is muxh more wasteful.
