11,000 tonnes of e-waste annually arises from disposed and unused chargers.

Common chargers will reduce e-waste by almost a thousand tonnes per year whilst helping consumers to save €250 million a year on unnecessary chargers, and hours of time box searching.

I don't recall watching snow fall so consistently & long in the #Carlow hills before, especially with another @met.ie weather alert for 5pm this evening. It hasn't stopped falling since we've been up 🙏 we don't lose power as we'll also lose water and heating 🙈 @carlowweather.bsky.social #sneachta

Food waste contributes to climate change. Making a conscious decision to reduce it is a positive climate action. Think before you throw it out #stopfoodwaste

Ireland had one of the lowest numbers of Community Gardens and Allotments in Europe. cgireland.org are asking all political parties to support new laws and policies to support them #grow2030

Skin deep. I bought some delicious apples from the farmers market, which many might have avoided. Covered in blemishes, it's easy to see why. But once the skins were removed, they were perfect beneath. Perfect added to the porridge with a sprinkling of cinnamon.
