Just what was needed. A solid, boring 1-0 win against an excellent Inter side. Was impressed with the difference Wirtz made when he came on.

I’m currently watching the latest season of Strange New Worlds. Mostly it’s felt lacklustre & I’ve been disappointed.
However tonight I watched Through the Lens of Time & I was blown away.
It felt like the perfect combination of old & new trek.
I loved every second of it.

Ultra Processed People is blowing my mind.
I knew ultra processed food was bad for me (and everyone else), but learning just how damaging & addictive it is has been eye-opening.
It explains the struggles I have had with weight and food my whole life & that is empowering for change.

Sadly I’ve discovered my elderly Mac isn’t up to the challenge of running #FM26. After the two year wait, it’s kinda frustrating.
