@plex.tv While I've had a lifetime pass for many years now, and I'll be unaffected by the changes you're making this year, locking remote playback behind a plex pass paywall is some USDA Prime, Grade A, Premium Quality™️ bullshit. I get you have to make money, but that's not the way to do it.

I came across the #Google spec sheet for #bash scripts, which says bash scripts be 100 lines max, if it's more you should use a real language. But with enough semi colons, any bash script can be a one line script! So I wrote a (one liner) to turn any bash script into a one liner: y.goose.ws/2q9

May I present my first Blue Sky post. Allow me to share a short (11 line) #bash script I wrote: y.goose.ws/1v7. Its purpose is to take a video, and compress it down to 6 MB so it can be sent via #Discord. I tested it with a 30min/4K/6 GB file, and the result was an absolute abomination. Enjoy!
Usage is: ./tiny-video.bash "/path/to/input/file.mkv" "/path/to/output/file.mp4"
