there has been a large uptick in anti-endo alterhumans on tumblr. i don't usually care too much, but they're dragging their discourse into the otherkin/therian/nonhuman tags and its quite annoying. i don't care if you argue, but there are syscourse tags for a reason.

today has been good, thank god! 2 out of my 3 professors have agreed to write me a letter of recommendation (haven't heard back from the third, yet. emails were only sent an hour ago) and I got an RSS feed working on my website!

I keep saying it, but furries are a queer subculture, and conservatives have been targeting them with actual bigotry for decades now. This thread should horrify any LGBTQ person. This could happen to any young queer person.
A few years ago, it was popular among furries to joke about the idea of "coming out" as a furry because it's just a hobby. You can't come out as having a hobby!
