I can’t count on the ADL to defend me or my family from the White Christian nationalists who control the federal government.
I can count on the ADL to attack my political allies (especially people of color!) fighting for freedom and justice for all.

What matters most is balance: a nourished, well-rested, vaccinated body not one overdosed on vitamins. Also you do not need a Z-pak to treat your common cold but that is a myth we will tackle another day :). FIN
