It's ok to take a little break. It's also ok to have a lighter workout day. Working out will also improve sleep, so I'd even recommend just going but taking it easy if needed just to maintain the habit of being there.

It's a good shiny, but I don't like the base design of MLZ, so giving it nice colors isn't going to help much.
