I wonder if this might have already happened with them? I saw one of their books recently which had a Welsh name mentioned on the back cover. It was spelt incorrectly in the first paragraph, and correctly in the second one. Such a poor error!

I've already heard of one major publisher – mentioning no names, but they share their name with a chocolate biscuit – who are refusing to pay proofreaders what were previously going rates because they can get the work done cheaper elsewhere.
