Even more important is recognizing that the guardrails never actually existed, they were just convention of assuming that government would drive within the lanes. You won't repair anything until the people who drove badly in the first place are gone, otherwise they'll keep swerving everywhere.

They're the same people insisting that you aren't "American" because apparently we Canadians actually are, too. Which is demonstrably wrong since there is no actual "America," only the "United States of..."

The first Godzilla was so damn great, then they decided on the franchise. But it has been so fun, and I really like the mythology they're building about the hollow earth and everything.
Also season 1 had them bug Godzilla while napping, and that was hilarious.

Like holy shit I'm not even done the first episode and the way all the trailers completely mislead us into what this show is in completely every best way possible is pulling me temporarily out of the intense depressive episode I'm going through.

I'm surprised he didn't throw in a dig at the "low energy Canadians" or some bullshit.
