Nerd. Literature, science, math. Fierce opponent of Holocaust denial. Blocks cranks, überwoo, and AI sea lions.
And lo, another giant slice of condescension cake from someone so far up Jeremy’s backside he can pencil little faces on the intestinal polyps.

Muted.

“Seven of eight Jews think Corbyn has a *flaw*? Absurd! He is perfect in every way. He embodies perfection in its every facet and attribute. These perfidious Jews must be *brainwashed* by the media. Brainwashed robots! It is the only possible explanation. And Jeremy is perfect, did I mention that?”

It was Milne’s strategy to address Jeremy’s problem by simply lying to the flock about what the Jewish community actually thought about it. He painted a glittering rosy picture and routinely mischaracterised the complaints as just a few fringe cranks - don’t tell me you fell for that?

Survation did a couple polls. For every Jew who said he wasn’t, there were seven who said he was. Even worse among women - only one in twenty saying he wasn’t. Massive massive majority say he was. But you were told not to listen.

Exactly what I just said the lie was: that Corbynistas had the innate right to redefine antisemitism over the strong objections of the Jewish community.
December 7, 2025 at 1:05 AM
That is, I don't think anyone ever has thought that Corbyn woke up each morning saying "how can I stick it to the Jews today." But when the Jewish community needed him, he ghosted them.

Again, different than Farage's hissing gas, but still indefensible.

"Maybe true yes, but the accusations were that he himself was deeply antisemitic"

There isn't another good explanation for his strange exception of antisemitism from kinds of bigotry to be actively fought.

It's a different thing from Farage's version, but that doesn't make it pure and innocent.
December 6, 2025 at 7:48 PM
"The made up stuff about him being antisemitic"

Not that he was antisemitic, but that he wouldn't lift a pinky to do anything about it when *others* in his circle were antisemitic.

This was the place where his chronic never-lift-an-actual-pinky-about-anything mode did him the most damage.

"Antisemitism allegations in Labour - the leader Corbyn gets removed and replaced"

Well, there was also the matter of having lost two GEs and the Brexit referendum.
December 6, 2025 at 6:59 PM
Great example of exactly why the Corbyn crew failed to handle the problem. "Silly Jews!" say the Corbynistas. "You just don't understand antisemitism. Let us explain it to you, because *we* are the Knights of Ineffable Saint Jeremy and therefore know better than you mere Jews."

Nice work if you can get it. All you have to do is walk on water — or convince them you do.
December 5, 2025 at 10:15 PM
While I'm at it, what's the name of the prize they give you when you've got the most votes? Oh right, there isn't one. It's only when you have most *seats* - the way Corbyn went 0 for 2 but Starmer went 1 for 1.
December 5, 2025 at 9:46 PM
Yes, that's what the Corbynistas tell themselves. The rest of us remember that Corbyn went into GE19 with a YouGov net approval of almost -50%.

I’m looking forward to the frothy comedy series “The Droogs.”
December 5, 2025 at 3:08 PM
Oh no, muted by a Corbynista for calling Corbyn’s 2017 defeat a defeat. That certainly requires an emergency rewriting of my entire epistemology.

Q1: Who was in govt before the 2017 election?
A1: Not Labour.
Q2: Who was in govt after the 2017 election?
A2: Not Labour.
Q3: What did Labour's 2017 result actually prevent Tories from doing, if not sooner then later?
A3: Sweet FA.
Q4: What are Corbyn's main accomplishments?
A4: Bojo and Brexit.

Pour one out for Ernie Kovacs.

But pour it out sideways.

While you’re watching WKRP, remind yourself of how much Herb Tarlek’s suits resemble Pete Hegseth’s.
