I hate how all my life I get these extremely graphic/fucked up dreams. Idk if I would call them nightmares or night terrors but they can be worse than the most gory R rated movie.... why is my brain like this..? I just want to sleep

The void, the concept of nothingness, is terrifying to most people on the planet. And I get anxiety attacks myself. I know the fear of that void. You have to learn to die before you die. You give up, surrender to the void, to nothingness.

Its strange to me how someone can say how they're going through things and someone says "Everyone struggles I have..... and I do ... and it's better" Like I'm glad you're able to pull through but not everyone struggles the same. What's ok for you might be world ending for someone else. Pain is pain.
