I've been pretty consistently uploading and working a full time job for about a year and a half (this includes bonus content, even months without a main channel video I have been making videos). I was trying to figure out if I could basically do two full time jobs at once.

I miss when there was an expectation that some online spaces would be moderated. It feels like it has just become the norm now to post heinous things wherever people feel like it. Moderation was good for us as a society.

Giving Dawn of the Clans a shot. 1 book in and I already like it more than A New Prophesy. I'll have to see how it goes overall but the characters seem more motivated and I'm more interested in them as a whole.

On the other hand it is really neat that our brains are smart enough to observe our thoughts as they occur without immediately believing or experiencing the thought as reality. Sometimes I wish we were less smart but this one thing is pretty cool.

At least it's something?
I've been trying to figure out how to adapt as an artist to a world with AI. Throughout history, automation has never reversed course even when the outcome has been bad. I have to figure out how to survive now that it exists. But also that doesn't mean I have to accept it without anger or adopt it.

Anger is something I have pushed down. Especially about things I can't control. But emotions are a part of our design and you can't get rid of them. Being angry about the state of the world, about all the horrible things happening is how we access empathy and solidarity for each other.

I don't know. Am I too jaded? Sometimes it feels like I have no choice but just adapt to bad decisions from people in power I have no control over and wait for things to get better someday. I vote. I care. I've written to reps. I just don't know what else I can realistically do.

I always thought it was so mean that we command horses by digging our heels into them. Then I realized my cat begs for attention by reaching up and poking her claws into my skin. I am the horse, she has trained me to respond to pain as a command.

It has always bothered me that Wicked is popular because of The Wizard of Oz is popular, but it forces you to reject parts of The Wizard of Oz. If people LIKE The Wizard of Oz already, why would they like Wicked? If Wicked is the smarter "adult" version of the story why does it not make any sense?

I was very cautious to try the new things in Kirby Air Riders vs the original version of what I loved. Because I worried it wouldn't capture what I loved so much about the original. But I think I enjoy Kirby Air Riders so much BECAUSE of the new things it brings to the table which I wasn't expecting

I am surprised that [redacted for spoiler purposes] pieces are available in Kirby Air Riders City Trial ranked. I've gotten it twice and its just easy points. It also trivializes the entire pursuit of collecting patches until that point lol

Now that the game is out I think Starman is really too fragile to be my main, but he has some good niche uses for specific goals/stadiums. Rick is forever my boy.
As a kid I used to go in to City Trial, ignore all the other power ups and only go for Glide so I could fly around as much as possible. I foresee Starman being a new all time fav since he's built to be a dedicated gliding character.
