Let's just say, we never know what someone else is going through. I've offended you somehow and I'm sorry for that but I really hope you are ok.

The penultimate Hundred Reasons show.

Considering they've not played a show in two years they sounded as tight as ever.

British post-hardcore forever!

Sure, the weather was worse than the UK but the vibes in Madrid were probably better.

It's been a wild and long week but we've made it to the weekend.

Now time to make us both look presentable before going out to enjoy the sun, stopping to see grandparents and taking Atti to his first swimming lesson.

Have a good one, folks!

History shows there is only one way out of a crisis - innovate, create and build.

Clean power is our best path to a future of cheaper, more reliable energy with good, secure jobs working people can build a life around.

Someone's got to get to 100% clean power first. Let that be us.

The highlight had to be the skein of geese flying overhead.

At first, we thought we were witnessing a murmuration but as the wedge came into view we could see the size of the birds.

Despite being some 100 ft above us, Riley still gave chasing them a good go.

It's not every day you can bring your dog to work but yesterday Riley had a blast at The Witterings.

Low tide meant a vast beach front. The waves gently splashed onto the sand. At times the sun penetrated through the clouds to provide an injection of warmth from the slightly icy breeze.

Glorious!
