I was at a doctoral workshop last week in Madrid. It was an international gathering and they didn't know I was English. People talked about how a year in the UK was a right of passage for many European students but now they go elsewhere. It's such a shame as we have lost all those connections.

Labour have the majority now, they could switch to PR for the next GE[1] just as the tories removed PR for the mayors and Labour have reverted that.
[1] I mean just change it now no consultations, referendums just do it.
