No, I’m just concerned that the delivery of healthcare under the existing system is so inefficient and corrupt that it must be transformed before Medicare for All can be implemented. Insurance problems are just one of many.

You are describing process but what worries me is how inefficient and corrupt the delivery of services is in Medicare now.

If you read "Abundance" by Ezra Klein and Derek Thompson, you'll find that the time lag between the formulation of a governmental project and its completion is dramatic, viz., the high-speed train in CA, the Biden administration promise of 500,000 EV charging stations with 8 having been built, etc.
