I’m just saying that its ridiculous to twist this to justify her racism because the customer was (allegedly) mean. We deal with mean customers EVERY DAY. Most people, normal people, do NOT resort to racist abuse of the customer.

This isn’t about the age of the employee or where they live or grew up. This was a woman empowered to hurl racist abuse because she did not believe there would be consequences for being racist.
