I had a good time with the parts that were good, but they *really* should have found a way to end the game after you go to the ancient city with advanced technology built by a people long since gone and descend into the heart of a giant crystal. That's classic FINAL FANTASY; I would have clapped.

I've been playing the series for the Summoner Roleplay Experience and FINAL FANTASY II doesn't have Summons, but what it does have is an S-Tier Mage Roleplay Experience.
Spent a bunch of time grinding and now Maria can point at bosses and say Become Frog or summon nuclear explosions. Shit rips.
