I was wondering who Counsel was in this very extraordinary exchange since I remembered both Ensign & Reuveni being involved in this case& Ensign being bad guy trying to defend questionable if not straight up illegal orders & Reuveni coming in to say, yes, judge I can’t find out why it happened 1/
But they need to protect Bove b/c judge, they never want Miller near a court & they want to throw Ensign bone & pretend his legal career isn‘t over even if he gets pardon from admin. Just a twisted knot of crazy. Let’s hope Boasberg DGAF about whatever the heck this is. 2/2

investigation & oversight of transportation disasters subject to blatant political interference. FTC is of course very important but I’m not sure it’s as visceral as the ppl most Americans will be familiar with b/c they see them on TV whenever a plane crashes. As a member of general public w/some legal knowledge & interest in this case, I found this point by Justice Jackson one of most compelling (I believe she was referencing the Nuclear Regulatory Commission) & alarming. I actually was unaware until reading that & looking it up that membership on NRC 1/

If you watch whole video, it sounds like DHS did return the money to the owner of the food stand. However, one wonders what would've happened if this woman hadn’t: 1) filmed what ICE did & put them on notice & 2) waited w/food stand owner to verify money was returned. Hero.

I’m so sorry. I was never able to have a child but have friends who had to push their companies for any accommodations. Did you have your baby prior to 2023 (when PUMP Act went into effect?) I hope that has made things easier for new moms. It would be cruelly ironic if RFK has effed that up.

Very good question. And I wonder if these yahoos are aware thst under Biden admin, Congress passed PUMP Act, which I imagine has done way more to help nursing mothers than whatever they’re talking about here. But they probably rolled that back b/c it helped women so must be DEI.
