A war that destroys hospitals and does not allow for the establishment of a suitable alternative is a war against a civilian population, one that is now plagued by disease and starvation.

Democrats never pass up a crisis in which they can try to get more expensive surveillance to local cops, and New York Times never passes up a chance to quote them without providing context about the enormous social costs, ineffectiveness, and widespread waste and abuse it brings.
