This morning at the Minnesota State Capitol.

An ice sculpture that reads "PROSECUTE ICE". I'm told the organization behind the sculpture is Common Defense.

Rate cap debate sidesteps big unknowns in credit card pricing

Really, Elon is sad because he is fundamentally incapable of human connection.

Humor is a form of human connection.

Love, empathy, trust, repair, and genuine affection are, too.
All Elon ever wanted was for people to think he was funny. He tried to buy that by buying Twitter. It didn't work. He made some half-arsed memes. That didn't work either. He went onstage with Dave Chapelle. People booed so much he had a breakdown.

Elon is sad because he isn't funny.

one thing i have noticed is a lot of folks do not seem to understand the difference between a presidential election and 435+ legislative elections. i have seen any number of people say that you could subvert the outcome this november by targeting “swing states,” which does not make any sense.

January saw the most layoffs to start the year since 2009. Hiring was also at the lowest level to start the year since 2009.
Layoffs in January were the highest to start a year since 2009, Challenger says
With the recent narrative centering on a no-hire, no-fire labor market, the data suggests that the layoff part of the equation could be stepping up.

The New York Times not linking to anyone who’s been reporting this — and then pushing it — is quite annoying!

Also, my story is much more detailed and actually explains things going on, in addition to linking to three other reports from other outlets. www.lawdork.com/p/the-system...
"The system sucks," or what a federal lawyer's comments really tell us about the Trump admin
Julie Le's comments are shocking, but they are a problem of the Trump admin’s own making. And it goes way beyond one lawyer new to the Minnesota U.S. Attorney's Office.

Currently remembering all the times people who think the Nazis were actual socialists told me about how they were actually leftists because they wanted to take your guns.
It's cool to see the GOP going anti-gun. All it took was for a federal government-sanctioned force killing a white male nurse who had a gun, but didn't draw it, to decide that citizens should not have the right to bear arms at certain times...I'm sure this will end well.

These people are so delusional that they heard raw milk and thought all you had to do was milk the cow and put it in a bottle. Like... no.
This is bonkers. MAHA 'farmers' with ecoli tainted raw milk admit they really don't know how to make the stuff after all.
