Forget snubbing the signing ceremony. The UK shouldn't be involved at all in this Orwellian 'Board of Peace'. It is clearly an attempted replacement of the UN Security Council in which Trump defines the terms, including bringing Russia in from the cold. It's another step back into the dark ages.
