Once you have an oven up and running the various nyt sheet pan recipes are good, easy, and if you get a silicon thing you can put on the sheetpan, dishes are crazy easy.

I think the most infuriating thing is the value they are getting for some very underpaid guys. They wouldn't have to spend that much to be competitive.
