Very early-to-mid ‘90s. I had lots of alien head stuff when I was like 10/11 in the mid ‘90s. X-Files started in ‘93 which really popularized alien stuff but Alien Workshop Skateboards started in like ‘89 or ‘90 I think and they were a big driver of the subcultural appeal I think.
