It was alarming to hear a European declare today on NPR that they have to start considering whether the US is now an enemy (he actually declared it pretty straightforwardly, I just softened it for my own sake.)

It’s like a train wreck, I know I should look away, but it’s so hard to stand by and know there is nothing you can do.

Found out yesterday that my first time celebrating the Eucharist will be on Christmas Eve AND will including censing the altar - not sure seminary prepared me for that! 🔥

I just sat through a lockdown drill with a class of 4 year olds. I feel like every lawmaker should have to do that- maybe it would spur them to action.
