Unfortunately, this doesn’t always work. My two recent high-profile AV projects followed all the steps you mentioned, yet one finished a year late, and the other ended in a terminated contract. In both cases, we, the users, were most affected. Will never use either integrator ever again!

I’ve had a very recent experience… my dads Tiguan has a “touchless” entertainment console and if often find myself waving at the screen… it’s not all lost the neighbor waved back the other day so that was nice.
