Very sorry to hear that celebrated chef Skye Gyngell died at the end of 2025. Didn’t know her well, but spent a day once trailing and drawing her for a visual “reportage” piece I did for The Independent on Sunday at Sarah Raven’s Perch Hill farm. She mixed tastes like colour, a true artist. RIP.
