NHS got literally two lines of mention in the #budget and that was mostly to celebrate the loss of 18,000 workers, dismissed as "back office staff".
Many of these people (who do btw include clinical staff) worked through covid, and they provide vital admin support to frontline clinicians.

It's disgraceful that Rachel Reeves didn't take any questions from GB News! The fact that they claim to not be a news channel every time Ofcom find they have breached impartiality rules shouldn't stop them from pretending they are a news channel whenever it suits them.

Exasperating to the last Tory Government - and a certain campaigning magistrate - that juries kept acquitting peaceful protestors against planetary destruction. The BBC has so thoroughly culled its science team that the national broadcaster is now using journalists from other corporations as correspondents on its flagship Inside Science show, rather than the wealth of specialists I was able to draw from. What a sad loss
