I’m not an expert at all but I have the previous gen of Alienware 15 (bought in 2022) and it’s pretty great. It’s my 2nd laptop from the brand and they’ve both been reliable and lasted me for years (in fact the other one is still in good shape outside of the battery).

You probably don’t have much spoons for this but it’s absolutely gross behaviour and merits being reported.

But also, taking care of yourself is more important. I hope this is the only hitch in this global situation. It’s a lot already.
