Savage. Imagine if Chuck Schumer talked like this instead of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory all the time.
AFGE Demands Resignation or Termination of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and Deputy White House Chief of Staff Stephen Miller for Smearing Slain AFGE Member Alex Pretti as “Domestic Terrorist”

I should god damn hope so.
Both of Nevada's senators--Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen--have officially come out against the DHS funding bill following the execution of Alex Pretti by ICE agents in Minneapolis this morning. This effectively ends the DHS funding bill in the Senate.

Taking Saints Row 2023 for a spin since it was only $5 and so far it's not nearly as horrendous as people have made it out, but... it's also not the quality you'd expect from a franchise reboot in 2023. This feels like a modified Saints Row 3, which is fine in the year 2011. Clunky narrative.

Nothing makes me feel more human than receiving a happy birthday message from... let's see..... "system message"

It warms the heart.

“The truth always lies somewhere in the middle” has to be one of my least favorite phrases. Sometimes, one side is actually truthful and one side is actually malicious and lying!

They're not just doing tyranny, they're doing the *exact* things listed in the Declaration of Independence that the colonists accused the king of. It's surreal

I hate to quit Little Witch In The Woods so early, but from what I've played (and seen by previewing a Let's Play), it is a borderline visual novel type of experience, and that just isn't my thing. Love the vibe, though. Godspeed, little witch.

Finished Zefyr. A little amateurish in the combat department, but that's okay for a game where you mostly stealth KO and snipe anyways. A decent indie homage to vibrant PS2 era character adventures.

Little Witch In The Woods. Wow is it cute, but wow is it testing my tolerance for yapping and yapping about trivialities. This one could go either way.

If I go to catch and release a spider, and it holds still, then that is ideal. But if I approach the spider and it TURNS AND LOOKS AT ME, things change very quickly to Listen I Don't Want No Trouble

Took a while for me to decide for certain, but I think Smalland is low key an all around better game than Grounded. I suspect many may be passing on it due to assuming it's a lesser imitation. Grounded has incredible character, but if you want more RPG, more features, grander scale: 👉 Smalland.

Inspired by a ProZD post, five titles I actually enjoyed despite them having a metacritic score of 70 or less:

--The Solus Project
--State of Decay 2
--Alice: Madness Returns
--Trailmakers (I was surprised this one scored so low!)
--Biomutant (with more caveats than I can type here)

Years are a purely notional system of time measurement based on counting the orbits of objects around one random star in the infinite universe to a completely arbitrary number.
