The most frustrating thing about being chronically ill (aside from the fact of being chronically ill) is needing to jump through ever-smaller hoops to get medication, accommodations, etc. Can bureaucracy stop punishing me for wanting to manage conditions I didn't choose to have?!

I'm back to making weird fermented things! I made Greek yoghurt on Saturday, so now I'm using the leftover whey to make lacto-fermented apple soda (the whey is used as a starter to ferment apple juice). The gut bugs are about to be so happy ^^
