I think that’s why most people have more than 1. I had a friend who had broken her pelvis, and she has a full back piece cause it relocates pain.

Shaved, sautéed with some bacon, throw some craisins in, and some chopped nuts (I like walnuts, and chestnuts might be nice). If you’re not a fan of brassicas, putting sour and sweet on them will take away some bitterness.
