An Rd2 freight locomotive in Karlstad, Sweden. Container on car behind it looks much like an ISO container, but it's larger so can only go by rail or sea and used for paper products.

1. I think I recognise this from real life.
2-4. Don't know these places, but they really look exactly right for northern Sweden.
Like how well #ETS2's Nordic Horizons has a good mix of long roads with "nothing", "something" in logical places.
