I agree pyenv is a good tool to manage multiple Python versions on a machine, here is the link to PyEnv for Windows, if you want to do it on Windows OS: github.com/pyenv-win/py....
But I also recommend more modern tools like `uv` and `rye` from astral which are faster and written in rust.

Nice idea and there should be something to keep track of the starter packs we've followed.

To everyone in a similar scenario: the tactic my doctor's office has taught me is to ask, in writing, for:
1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;
