Roulette uses emotion-driven telekinetic abilities to hurl clusters of cards and dice, unlock doors, and perform sleight of hand. Not believing in chance, she makes her own luck. In #Pathfinder1e, she was an aetherkineticist. In #Pathfinder2e, she's a CHA-based psychic with Distant Grasp.

Intent is the crux of the issue. The immigration wouldn't be this way if the system was intended to actually help people become law-abiding US citizens.

I want to make a Jet Set Radio styled runesmith that sprays graffiti or a merfolk that rides a mech or a starlit sentinel solarian. Alas, SFS is the only way I get to play.
