yeah i cut off the ceiling, moved the camera up and programmed in some fog of war for the tiles and its still fun i can just iterate on this from now on

Actual players know the "7/11" rule: a game that might objectively score a 7 out of 10 (flawed, unpolished, or rough around the edges) still feel like an 11 if it does something truly unique, innovative, or bold. Chances are it's going to become your favorite niche game.

this is from my attempt at making a lost worlds/queens blade game that required fewer illustrations. used a small deck of cards plus the books to do a 1v1 duel. project is semi abandoned since the books felt clunky in testing but I'm still really fascinated by trying to make a dueling book game
