It gets a lot harder to generally be everywhere as "everywhere" gets bigger, and when people don't feel like they know you personally, they don't care about your opinions as much, and the whole approach starts to fall apart.

What I mean by the limits of that approach is more that it's simply not easy to maintain that intensity of constituent services as the area/population gets bigger. That approach relies a lot on the perception that The Guy In Charge is also your neighbor and might show up with a turkey, but...

They changed studios after season 1 from Madhouse (pretty much always top-tier) to J.C. Staff (massive production company that churns our 10 shows a year of incredibly variable quality) and it looks like J.C. Staff put the B team on season 2 and the D team on season 3

I've been losing my mind for months fighting a losing battle at what is apparently mankind's inherent instinct to spell it Silwa but its Sliwa and was always Sliwa, idk how he has the most consistently misspelled name in an election where people deliberately misspell his opponent's name to be racist

I think the implication was "our product's name is so terrible that you know the only reason we aren't bankrupt is that the quality is good because otherwise why would anyone buy it?"

I have to assume the issue was that 2-3 were desperate to go home for whatever reason and it was all the rest of them could do to keep them in Illinois even for 2 weeks. Something like 8 dems didn't even participate...

Tl;dr is that they were away from houses and family and if a single one of the 50+ returned solo it would cause the whole thing to fail, so when California moved ahead with its own counter-gerrymander they basically declared that the issue was a wash and went home without any one person "breaking"
