The tantuni is served with lots of fresh green herbs (parsley & mint), lemon, and pickled chiles. Absolutely delicious.

I wandered down to Karaköy where I found Besalti Kirvem Tantuni Ve Kunefe serving g tantuni - shaved beef, cooked on a griddle shaped like an upside down sombrero with sumac, chile, and other spices. The chef wraps it in lavash that’s soaked in the juices of the cooking meat.
