My doc today mentioned that the flu can cause heart attacks and strokes, and I was all "COVID too!" Let's accept what we're dealing with here and act accordingly. I don't want any of the above and I will wear a respirator to help myself out.

This is not who I want to be. Why are hospital infection control and prevention specialists unclear about how COVID spreads, who can transmit it, at what time of year, + what is best done about it? Are they willfully incompetent? I don't like when no-nothings tell me my business, but in this case...

It was relatively chill, just busy. A way for me to watch it live for free! But tiring, to be standing for hours 😸
