I bought the same pair of jeans back in April in York. Only now it‘s a size smaller 😎 Decluttering my closet now and throwing out a lot. Even though I declutter regularly, I realised I wouldn’t want to wear a lot of the smaller clothes I kept for reaching the end of my weight loss journey.

I wrote his old number now and hope it’s still active and still his. Would be great to see him again when I‘m in Dublin next weekend.

Nach dem zweiten Band lese ich aktuell das dritte Buch der „Strickladen in den Highlands“-Reihe. Ich bin gerade bei der Hälfte und finde es leider noch ziemlich platt in der Handlung. Wie sehen das andere Strickfans? Habt ihr die Bücher von Susanne Oswald auch gelesen?

Kindle unlimited hat mit zur richtigen Zeit einen Gratismonat angeboten. Ich lese gerade diesen Seelenbalsam, der mich mental wirklich gut zur Ruhe bringt. Da ist aber auch alles drin, was geht: Schottland, Schafe, Loch Lomond, Wolle und stricken 🧶

I can already feel the differences for a few weeks now but it now started to show. Today, a colleague asked me why I seem to look different although I didn’t change anything about my outer appearance.

I started the calorie game a few weeks ago and holy moly… No wonder I gained so much weight. I wouldn’t call myself „fat“ but I don’t feel healthy and wanna change that. It’s the things I never thought would be high in calories. That’s kinda mindblowing. My aged metabolism can‘t handle this.
