Tonight was the moment of truth with my challah. Not being as experienced in bread making, the telling sign is cutting into it. Will the structure be correct? Too dense/too light? Too much air/not enough? Nailed it! Breakfast is ready for tomorrow and there is challah left for French toast Sunday 😊
