On twitter it's all bots pretending to be humans, and at Tesla it's all humans pretending to be robots. What beautiful symbolism the author of reality spilled onto the page

Maybe being accused of election fraud will distract attention from my mate being jailed for taking bribes, me being a racist teenager, three of my MEPs repeating pro-Russia propaganda and my girlfriend buying a £885k house she can't possibly afford...

I'm reading the various posts about #AdventOfCode day 7 part 3 and it looks like people are overcomplicating it.
I simply traverse my grid top to bottom, left to right and keep track of the number of paths leading to each location. No fancier algorithmics 🤷🏼‍♂️

I was a bit miffed back in October when #pokemongo overhauled their levels before I had a chance to complete my level for the year, 46 in old money.
But just managed to reach level 70 in new money anyway, so no longer miffed

Found on martiniden666's Tumblr - thought this was a drawing but the caption says it's a photo from 1953 titled Cat in the Snow from photographer Hannes Kilian.

I absolutely love this - I've actually been rewatching all episodes from the beginning and it remains a very clever show throughout, somehow, which is impressive
In S17 of #Taskmaster, Nick Mohammed dressed as a vampire for his tasks. The production scrubbed all his reflections when he's dressed like this, but the only way I knew is because someone told me about it. It's subtle and very cool.

Had my company Xmas do last night. They do organise a nice do but last night fell a bit flat, lot if people stayed away, the band was ok but not the best we had, etc...
But truth is I have lost the ability to socialise with near strangers, they bore me and tbf I probably bore them as well 1/2

A bit technical, but very cool
Glad you liked it!

After years of decline, Trump’s cuts to HIV/AIDS funding, mirrored by the UK and others, mean that AIDS death and HIV infections are rising again.

Aid cuts have shaken HIV/Aids care to its core – and will mean millions more infections ahead
Reports highlight devastating impact of slashed funding, especially in parts of Africa, that could lead to 3.3m new HIV infections by 2030

First daynof #adventOfCode is always a horrible mess. I can't remember how to code or how my aoc 'framework' actually work.

Day 1 part 2 ended up with me cut and pasting my nearly working solution in a if/else block because I tried and failed too many times introducing a cleaner additional flag 🙄

There's a special light at this time of the year that makes #Chester particularly beautiful.

Very difficult to actually capture on camera, but happens just as the sun hits the tree lines and its light illuminates trees and buildings almost sideways

Zack is right and on the right message. 6th richest country in the world and libraries still closing down, potholed roads and all that. The physical decline of the country is marked. The money is *somewhere*. We face a coordination/hoarding problem not a lack of total wealth problem.
Do Labour MPs think they're gonna get away with doubling down?

Everyone is struggling. Meanwhile the super rich get richer.

No wonder they're spiralling. The alternative is here.

The OBR downgraded productivity by £16billion. It's not, 'made up' Zack. Have another read.

New taxes on remote gambling, dividends, a mansion tax on homes worth more than £2million.

450,000 children lifted out of poverty. £150 off energy bills next year.

Progressive choices. That's who we are.
