The left joins with right against the middle takes on the Trump/Mamdani meeting are way off. There is nothing substantive here. There will be no policy breakthroughs. That’s not what this is about. It’s about a young smart guy who knew how to play an old fool who worships stars.

It's not a coincidence that crypto is crashing at the same time as Trump's approval rating.

Crypto hitched its wagon to the Trump Train more explicitly than any other industry.

I think him doubling down on the corruption and policies everybody hates will turn things around.
wow; okay, so the AP has trump at 36% and ARC has him at 35%.

think those are the lows, but all his numbers are shit. 1

WHOA. The FBI was/is spying on a Signal chat for a New York immigration court watch group, claiming they were “anarchist violent extremist actors.”

Your reminder that the government is watching and don’t say anything in a big group chat you wouldn’t say on TV.

Just imagine if there were millions of people who wanted to come to this country.

I used the past tense because we're not a country people want to come to anymore.
A chronic shortage of manufacturing labor could imperil the domestic factory boom promised by President Trump, who has touted his protectionist trade policy as a key driver of economic growth.

There really needs to be an investigation whether Starship is just an enormous scam to funnel taxpayer money to Elon Musk.
lol this image from last night shows SpaceX is popping open LOX tanks during routine pressure testing. The Starship program was being hyped as closing in on rapid commercial launch cadence 2-3 years ago

Look, if there's ONE thing I think it's safe to say Democrats have actually stood for, for literally decades, it is trying to bring down healthcare costs.
"That's absolutely a ridiculous assertion. Shame on you for saying that" -- Hakeem Jeffries was not happy when CNBC's Rebecca Quick claimed he actually wants healthcare costs to go up to score political points on Republicans

It was a flag FLOWN BY THE FBI that was given to him BY THE FBI?! Come on.

Making Gmail one of the best email services out there and offering it 100% free was always a transparent scheme by Google to get your personal data.

Stop. Using. Gmail.

Pay for an email service that actually respects your privacy.
If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

A-pillar visibility on even small cars is terrible; several people can easily be hidden behind one. Forcing a driver to shift around in their seat while the car is moving to look around the A-pillar should be something which is mitigated, but we're far more concerned with rollovers than blindspots.
There is nothing at all about A-pillar visibility (or mirror patches) in federal car safety rules.

With cars getting bigger and blind spots expanding, that seems like a serious oversight.
Why Did Cars Get So Hard to See Out Of?
If it seems like forward visibility has gotten worse, you’re right: Since the 1990s, cars and trucks have grown bigger A-pillars that can create dangerous blind spots.
